Executive Director / Head of School - Duties and requirements include:​

• Provide Christ centered leadership that advances MCMA's mission, Montessori philosophy, and community culture in all aspects of school life.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all programs, classrooms, schedules, and proceedures.

• Hire, supervise, encourage, and evaluate faculty and staff.

Early Childhood Assistant - Duties and requirements include:​

• Facilitate Montessori activities, directed by the lead classroom teacher.

• Support students in reading and writing interventions, directed by the lead classroom teacher.

• Supervise students during lunch and recess.

• Supervise students during before and after school childcare.

• Support end-of-day and cleaning tasks
   

Art Instructor - Duties and requirements include:

• Lead students in a hands-on approach to art education.

• 4 classes per week

Music Instructor - Duties and requirements include:

• Lead students in a hands-on approach to music theory concepts, introduction to musical instruments, and singing songs. 

• 4 classes per week.

​

Spanish Instructor - Duties and requirements include:

• Lead students in a hands-on approach to the Spanish language, introducing common phrases and frequently used nouns.

• Native language must be Spanish.

• 3 classes per week
   

Substitute Teacher - Duties and requirements include:

• Available for Early Childhood (Preschool & Kindergarten), Lower Elementary (1st-3rd Grade), and Upper Elementary (4th-6th Grade). 

• Please include a cover letter and resume. 

• Lead students in a hands-on learning approach.

• Must have completed background check and finger prints.
