Getting the opportunity to attend a private school such as Midwest Christian Montessori blessed me by planting the seeds that have helped me become who I am today. I find that having gone to this school has given me a solid foundation as a person by teaching me good morals as well as discipline. I got an experience that I surely never would have received in a public school. For example, I was able to get lots of attention from the teachers since the student body is much smaller than at a public school. This allowed me to pose questions and receive the help that I needed. This system also allowed the teachers to distribute work according to my current ability – meaning that I was not left behind and ultimately allowed me to grow more than I would have in a traditional classroom setting. Truly, this school has been a great benefit to me and was a great start to my education during very malleable years of my life. I still think fondly upon my times there as well as the teachers who cared about my success.
As of this past May, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Olivet Nazarene University with a double major in Accounting and Economics/Finance.
